29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded: (a) Front side, new residential construction located at 285 Legends Drive, Fayetteville, GA 30214: Employees were exposed to amputation hazards while operating a Generac Centurion 3250 (Model 6104-0) Generator which had a missing guard over the starter recoil exposing employees to moving parts. A makeshift canvas orange strap was used to start the generator in place of the broken pull start at which time employees were exposed to moving parts.

29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points: (a) Front door, new residential construction located at 285 Legends Drive, Fayetteville, GA 30214: Employees using flexible cords to provide power to drywall drills failed to protect the cords from being pinched between the door and the metal threshold (saddle) exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.

(a) Second floor, new residential construction located at 285 Legends Drive, Fayetteville, GA 30214: Employees installing drywall on the second floor in close proximity to the stairway and foyer were exposed to falls of approximately 11' 3" to the floor below when a guard rail system was not provided.

The stairway was 18 risers high with the top landing height at approximately 11'3" from the ground below.
