29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. (a). Worksite located at 820 W. Liberty Drive, Liberty, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that employees were observed climbing out of the scissor lifts and on to the steel structure. (b). Worksite located at 820 W. Liberty Drive, Liberty, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that the scissor lifts were missing a guardrail or chain on the end of the lift.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a). Worksite located at 820 W. Libety Drive, Liberty, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while getting out of the scissor lifts and on to the steel structure. Employees were installing the greenhouse panels wihtout the use of any means of fall protection.
