Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: (a). Worksite located at 600 Rombauer, Novinger, Missouri- Employees were observed working and walking along unprotected edges and were not protected from falling by any means of fall protection.

Worksite located at 600 Rombauer, Novinger, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that employees were required to climb down different elevated roof (more than 19") without the use of a ladder.
