29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   Engineering: On February 11, 2013, and at times prior thereto, emergency drenching facilities were not provided for employees who worked with and around corrosive cooling tower chemicals.   MH Guam, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.151(c) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 315278291, Citation Number 01, Item Number 002, issued on 07/15/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 627 B Pale San Vitores Road, Tumon Bay, Guam, which became final order on 08/08/2011.

MH Guam, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 315278291, Citation Number 01, Item Number 009a, issued on 07/15/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 627 B Pale San Vitores Road, Tumon Bay, Guam, which became final order on 08/08/2011.
