The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated On February 6, 2013 at the job site located at 110 N Conistor Lane in Liberty, MO employee was exposed to a fall hazard in that the employee was not wearing a harness attached to the basket while working from an aerial lift.
