29 CFR 1926.350(a)(7): A suitable cylinder truck, chain, or other steadying device was not used to keep compressed gas cylinder(s) from being knocked over while in use: On or about February 8, 2013, at the above mentioned jobsite, employees were conducting waterproofing work in a pool area of a residential complex with cylinders not being secured during use.
