29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Except as required or permitted elsewhere in this subpart, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, or by any of the following means: a. On or about February 7, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, wiring used to supply power throughout the building was not protected against accidental contact, thereby exposing employees and subcontractor employees to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(F): Temporary lights shall not be suspended by their electric cords unless cords and lights are designed for this means of suspension. a. On or about February 7, 2013 at the above addressed jobsite, employees and subcontractor employees performing construction activities were exposed to electrical hazards due to the temporary lights having exposed wires and being suspended by live wires.
