29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: 1) On or about February 6, 2013, Js Custom Concrete and Landscape Design, as the creating employer, did not ensure that rebar caps were installed on vertical rebar that was used as stakes for the form. On February 7, 2013, employees of Vic's Landscaping, LLC were exposed to this hazard.
