Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a. On or about February 6, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing carpentry operations, approximately twenty (20) feet above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
