29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. For employees installing wall sheathing at 5710 Ranch Lake Boulevard in Bradenton (FL) who were using harnesses but were not tied off. Anchorage was not installed at the time of inspection. Hazard observed on or about 02/08/13. RB CONSTRUCTION was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 309477289, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/09/2008, with respect to a workplace located at 3501 Teays Valley Road, Hurricane WV 25526.
