29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: a) Outdoors, on the east side of the Bojangles building, under construction, on or about February 8, 2013, a six-receptacle relocatable power tap that was designed to be used in an indoor, non-construction environment was used outdoors by employees to power various electrical equipment including screw guns, resulting in an electrical hazard.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: a) Along the front of the Bojangles building, under construction, on or about February 8, 2013, a section of the guardrail system was missing for employees who were performing EIFS work while standing on a tubular welded frame scaffolding platform that was thirteen feet above the ground, resulting in a fall hazard. Venture Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314097270, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 16, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 6740 Waters Ave, Savannah, GA 31406.
