29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. [63 FR 33450, June 18, 1998]: a) Location - Production: On or about February 7, 2012, employees were exposed to potential bodily injury from corrosive acid due to the plumbed emergency eyewash and shower not in functioning order. The location near shredding was a designated powered iindustrial truck service/charging location.

29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: a) Location - Shedder Area: On or about February 7, 2013, an employee required by the employer to wear an elastomeric tight-fitting half-face respirator was not clean shaven to ensure maximum seal of the face to face-piece.
