29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labeling system and the material safety data sheet, and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: a) Facility Employees who use hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, L'Oreal Semi-Permanent and Permanent Hair Dyes which contain ammonium hydroxide, were not trained on the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer. Rumours II Hair Salon LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200 (h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 444615, citation number 1, item number 2f and was affirmed as a final order on 10/23/12, with respect to a workplace located at 137 S.
