The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: a) Right Side of Building - Two employees used a Genie aerial lift as a 6 foot high work platform but they did not have harnesses on and did not have lanyards attached to the basket thereby by exposing the employees to a serious hazard. observed on or about 2-12-13.
