29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about February 12, 2012, at a residence roof located at 11021 Loma Grande, in El Paso TX, employer did not ensure that employee(s) working on the roof were provided with and required to use adequate fall protection. Employees were exposed to potential fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground below.
