29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    (a)  At the site located at 2213 Belcroft Dr.- employee involved in carpentry work was not wearing fall protection exposing him to an 18 foot 4 inch fall.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface six feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level where leading edges were under construction, but who was not engaged in the leading edge work, was not protected from falling by a guardrail:    (a)  At the site - employees performing carpentry work on the 2nd floor of the building were at the edge of the floor exposing them to a 10 foot fall.
