29 CFR 1926.405(e)(1): Cabinets, fittings, and boxes. Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations shall be installed so as to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures. In wet locations the enclosures shall be weatherproof. Jobsite: Electrical panel located in the Northwest corner just underneath the overhang by the transformer room was not enclosed and exposed electrical shocks from ground moisture/exterior weather also having no covers and no labels.
