29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about February 7, 2013, the employer did not provide a quick flushing system for the eyes to the employees working in the kitchen using ECO TEMP Ultra Klene, exposing employees to absorption and ingestion hazards. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that the employees exposed to corrosive materials are provided with quick drenching and/or flushing systems.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present, using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet: On or about February 7, 2013, the employer did not develop a list of the hazardous chemcials and/or products used by the employees, exposing employees to ingestion, absorption and inhalation hazards. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that a program is implemented, developed and maintained by the employer.
