29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about February 5, 2013, the employer did not providea quick flushing system to employee working in the laundry room with ECOLAB Tri-Star detergent, exposing employees to absorption and ingestion hazards of a corrosive material. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that the employer provides the employees with a quick drenching and/or eye flushing system in areas containing corrosive chemicals.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e) (1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: On or about February 5, 2013, the employer did not develop, implement or maintain a written hazard communications program for the employees exposed to inhalation and ingestion hazards while working in the kitchen, laundry room and throughout the establishment. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that the employer provides the employees with a hazard communications program.
