29 CFR 1910.107(e)(2): The quantity of flammable or combustible liquids kept in the vicinity of spraying operations were not at a minimum required for operations or they exceeded a supply for one day or one shift. a) Welding/Fabrication shop area - The employer exposed employees to fire an explosion hazards when he permitted the storage of over ten five gallon paint cans and more than ten one gallon paint cans of flammable paints in the paint area located within the welding/fabrication shop area.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Points of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) Machine shop area - Employees were exposed to a rotating chuck and tool on the JFMT 360 metal lathe operating at approximately 317 revolutions per minute while drilling hole on the part. The lathe was not provided with a chuck guard and chip and coolant splash shields as required by the American National Standards Institute B 11.6-2001 Paragraph 6.21.
