29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) Jobsite: 3250 Longshore Avenue, Roof - On or about 2/13/2013, employees performing residential roofing work were exposed to a fall hazard of 27 feet to the ground without fall protection.  The employees were not protected from falls by a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or alternative fall protection means.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement
