The worker was under areas where objects such as, but not limited to, wood, metal, concrete and other demolition material could potentially fall on, or about, 02/14/2013. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: Worksite, east Employees were observed working from a scissor lift, approximately 14 feet above the ground. The employee left the safety of the work platform when they stood on the mid rail of the lift and reached out beyond the guardrail system. The employee was unprotected from falls on, or about, 02/14/2013 Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19
