The employees were not protected by any type of fall protection system, on or about January 24th 2013. Nefer Framing Corp. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (1) which was contained in OSHA inspection # 314675620, Citation 01, Item 001, issued on 02/04/2011 with respect to a workplace located at 545 Burlington Avenue in Paramus, New Jersey.
