29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: (a) On or about February 14, 2013 - Block Plant, annual audiograms were not provided to employee(s) exposed to occupational noise above 85 decibels. An employee was exposed to continuous noise levels at 71.9% of the allowable 8-hour time-weighted average level (85 dBA). The equivalent dBA of the employee is approximately 87.6 dBA. The sampling was performed for 402 minutes during one shift on March 6, 2013.
