29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Fort Bragg, Bldg. #E2535: Where a hazard communication program had been developed, the plan did not include all of the required elements that describe how sections such as, but limited to container label, training and non-routine tasks will be addressed. Specifically, employees were not trained in silica hazards. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
