29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following: a) Goodwill Industries of Northwest Ohio, Inc. located on 3741 Lagrange Street Toledo, OH: On or about Feb 14, 2013, the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program that addressed hazardous effects of chemicals such as, but not limited to, LP gas used to power a Clark forklift Model #C25C Serial # C232L-0881-9664 throughout the warehouse area.
