29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:    a.  4401 Sarr Parkway, Stone Mountain, GA (Throughout Facility) - Employees were exposed to entrapment hazard. There were several designated, marked, and identified emergency exit doors located throughout the facility which were hidden by large storage items, such as furniture, storage racks, etc.  There were no directional exit markings indicating the way to travel, on or about  02/12/2013.

29 CFR 1910.179(h)(4): Hooks shall meet the manufacturer's recommendations and shall not be overloaded:    a.  4401 Sarr Parkway, Stone Mountain, GA (Maintenance Area) - Employees were exposed to struck-by/overhead hazard.  The hauling hook on the overhead 2 ton crane was missing the safety latch which prevents equipment/batteries weighing 700lbs. from coming off the hook while in the midst of hauling the batteries from the powered industrial trucks. on or about 02/12/2013.
