29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i): The employee training did not include the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area: a) Garage area, employees were exposed to carbon monoxide from the operation of internal combustion engines. Carbon monoxide detection was not installed, nor was any other method of measurement available, to detect potentially hazardous levels and inform employees of the hazard, February 13, 2013. "ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED"
