This condition exposed the employees to a trip and fall hazard.

29 CFR 1910.151(c):  Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   On or about February 11, 2013, on the top of the suction pit, the employer did not maintain a working shower for employees working with corrosive materials such as hydrated lime and new-cide. This condition exposed the employees to serious burns and damage to the eyes and body.     DESTSA DRILLING COMPANY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1910.151(C), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315116111, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 003, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON October 25, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT RIG4, UNIVERSITY 9-12 #1 ANDREWS, TX 79714.
