The employer shall institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program: (a) Jobsite, Bob Massie Toyota, North Huntingdon, PA: On or about 02/15/13 the employer did not train all employees engaged in steel erection activities that were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 24 feet in accordance with the requirements of this section. Employees were performing steel erection activities and were utilizing a "safety monitor" as a method for fall protection which is not a viable option under this section.
