29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.     a) 1355 Kings Park Dr. - The employer exposed employees to a lower level fall hazard of approximately 16 feet  while working from a fabricated framed scaffold that did not have guardrails installed on all open ends and sides.     b) 1355 Kings Park Dr. - The employer exposed an employee to a lower level fall hazard of approximately 24 feet  while working from a fabricated framed scaffold that did not have guardrails installed on all open ends.

Atlanta Custom Stone, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311037279 citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/16/2008, with respect to a workplace located at Edinburg Subdivision, Lot #701, Brendly Drive in Suwanee, Georgia, 30024.
