(a) Fineline Custom Builder, LLC @ 4910 Laporte, Loveland, CO 80537: On and before February 16th, 2013, the controlling employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by subcontractor employees engaged in framing activities while working at the unprotected edges of the exterior top plate on a single-family home. A subcontractor employee was not utilizing a fall protective system. An employee was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 10'.
