29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.     (a)  At the warehouse and office, on or about 2/4/2013:  The employer did not maintain the work areas in a sanitary condition where the leaking roof caused substantial mold contamination, which was  present and visible in the storage units, and on other walls, floors and ceiling tiles.       Abatement certification must be submitted.
