29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. On or about February 11, 2013, the floor guards were not flush to the floor at three different locations. This condition exposed the employees to a trip and fall hazard. 1. The floor guard between the suction pit and shaker pit was raised approximately 4 inches above the shaker pit. 2. The floor guard next to the shaker pit was lifted approximately 2 ½ inches above the shaker pit floor. 3. The rig floor was approximately 1 ½ inches lower than the passageway between the dog house and staircase.
