Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:    a/ A&A Distribution, Inc. /North Brunswick NJ Site - Warehouse: Exit doors were locked preventing employees from safe egress in the event of an emergency.    1- Time Clock Exit Door.  2- Exit Door next to warehouse office.  3- Back Exit Door.     Condition observed on/or about 2/12/13.
