(a) Lazaro Arreguin Construction @ 4910 Laporte, Loveland, CO 80537: On and before February 16th, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by an employee engaged in framing activities while working at the unprotected edges of the exterior top plate on a single-family home. An employee was not utilizing a fall protective system while working on the exteior top plate while setting trusses. An employee was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 10'.
