Emergency exit routes were blocked as a means of egress by storage of materials in the aisle ways and in front of the exit doors.    Violation observed on or about February 19, 2013

29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily:  a. 48 Sellers Street, Kearny, NJ - East side of warehouse, adjacent to the large printing press.  Covered metal receptacles for disposal of combustible waste materials were not provided and containers used for combustible materials disposal were not emptied on a daily basis.  Combustible materials which included, but are not limited to, Autowash 6000, and A700 Powerklene WM.     Violation observed on or about February 19, 2013
