29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about February 14, 2013, the employer did not ensure that the 6oo V electric cord coming out of the rental trailer was examined before installation of the unit. The cord had several areas with insulation damage. Employees were exposed to potential electrical hazards.
