29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.    On or about February 14, 2013, two rental mobile homes (labeled 307 and 428 on bottom steel beams respectively)were electrical flexible cords providing high voltage were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.  These conditons exposed employees to electrical and fire hazards.
