29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: On or about February 14, 2013, Rig 150 drill site, two separate instances where power generators being used to supply electricity to equipment on site was not grounded. Employees were exposed to electrical shock and/or electrocution. a) Power generator Model DCA70SSIU2, Serial No. 7352127 to left of the company man's trailer was not grounded to the soil. b) Power Generator Model G50, Serial No. 20050850 in front of the company man's trailer was not grounded to the soil.
