29 CFR 1926.1052(b)(1): Foot traffic was permitted on metal pan stairways before the tread pans and landing pans were temporarily fitted with wood or other solid material at least to the top edge of each pan. a) Stair pans were not blocked or filled at the upper levels of the new stairways. Employees were exposed to trip hazard when using the stairs during construction activities. Location: 1209 DeKalb Ave, Brooklyn, N.Y. On or about 12-10-2012 NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
