29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):  All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition:    On February 14, 2013, at the IFCO Systems North America site 146 located at 13001 NE. 29th Avenue, Amarillo, Texas 79111.  The employer failed to ensure that the work place was kept in an orderly manner each day exposing employees to deflagration or fire hazard:     a)  New pallet shop area.    b)  New pallet shop area in and around the saws.    c)  Accumlated saw dust in attached building north of new pallet shop.

29 CFR 1910.213(s)(1):  Dull, badly set, improperly filed, or improperly tensioned saws were not immediately removed from service, before they begin to cause the material to stick, jam, or kick back when it is fed to the saw at normal speed:    On February 14, 2013, at the IFCO Systems North America site #146, located at 13001 NE 29th Avenue, Amarillo, Texas 79111.  The KM-16 multie trimmer saw was not taken out of service from improper pressure guide rods on saw which caused claws not to synconizing causing wood to shot out of back of saw during operations.  Exposing employee to caught-by or struck-by hazards.

New pallet shop southeast corner by the Quincy compressor and trim track saw.    b.  New pallet shop southwest corner by the band saw.    IFCO Systems, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 312855745 Citation 01 Item 001, issued on 03/19/2010 and became a final order on 04/14/2010.
