29 CFR 1904.30(a): Basic requirement. The employer did not maintain a separate OSHA 300 Log for each establishment that is expected to be in operation for one year or longer: JOB SITE: 10018 S. Racetrack Road, Mineral Point, MO 63660, at this work site, the employer combined the OSHA 300 logs for the Lumber and Sawmill companies, thus created an establishment of more than 10 employees and an overinflated recordable rate whch exceeded that national average and was targeted to a Site Specific Targeting Inspection.
