For each vehicle or machine (equipped with ROPS/FOPS or overhead guards), including any vehicle or machine provided by an employee, the employer shall assure:  that a seat belt is provided for each vehicle or machine operator;    (a)  Quitman Timber Tract #C-062 Clarke County, Mississippi - On or about February 6, 2013,  a 40,000 pound spare Franklin Skiddr, Model 170 P and the dark green "Re-man" Flanklin Skidder, Model 170 PTM31ADLX lacked an operator seat belt exposing employees to the hazard of being fatally crushed while operating the machines on moderately hilly terrain.
