29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes must be free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp must be provided where the exit route is not substantially level:  On or about 06/01/12, at 63 Bonaire Street, Ponce, PR, the rear exit door was permanently blocked with a water barrier made out plywood that was nailed to the concrete floor.  PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION, VIOLATION WAS CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION.

Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling:   a) On or about 02/20/13, at 63 Bonaire Street, Ponce, PR, outside the supervisor's office area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.   b) On or about 02/20/13, at 63 Bonaire Street, Ponce, PR, in the Port Director's office area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.   c) On or about 02/20/13, at 63 Bonaire Street, Ponce, PR in the main entrance area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
