29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) At the facility, on or about and at times prior to February 22, 2013, the employer did not implement a written Respiratory Protection Program for employees that were required to wear filtering face piece respirators (dust masks) during sanding and grinding on thermoplastics and foam and for employees that were provided with half mask respirators during adhesives application and the lamination of sockets, exposing employees to respiratory irritation and dermatitis.
