Sebastian Koziura dba Koziura Construction LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313621815, citation 1, item 1, issued on September 14, 2009 and became final order on or about Septmeber 28, 2009 with respect to a workplace located at 823 Ingleside Place, Evanston, IL 60201.
