29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501.     a) 4536 Black Hills Drive - Employees performing residential framing activities were exposed to lower level fall hazards of up to approximately 19 feet, as there was no means of approved fall protection in use.
