29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2): The employer did not develop and implement a respiratory protection program in accordance with sections i and ii of this paragraph (c)(2) for employees who chose to wear respirators where respirator use was not required:  (a)   LUK Corporation, Casting area; The employer did not implement the elements of a written respiratory protection program for employees who preform casting job assignments and use half face elastomeric respirators, such as, but not limited to:  (1) Provide the employees with the information contained in 29 CFR 1910.134 appendix D, and  (2) Medical evaluation to ensure the employee is able to use a respirator, and    (3) The respirator is clean and stored in a manner that does not present a health hazard.
