29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Prestige Jewelers, 4524 Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway, Hiram, Ga, - Two employees were working inside a JLG aerial lift truck approximately 25 feet high, one employee without a positioning device, which should have been attached, by lanyard, to either the basket or the boom of the lift. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard.
